Refund policy

You can cancel at any time and pay nothing during your 7-day free trial. This page explains your rights and ours if you are charged.

Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel a contract for a digital service. When you start your trial, you ask for the service to begin straight away.

You can cancel during the trial and pay nothing. If you are charged and then cancel within 14 days of the contract starting, you may be entitled to a refund, less a proportionate amount for the service already provided.

Our own policy

If you're charged for a renewal you didn't mean to keep, or for the first payment after your trial, email [email protected] within 14 days of that charge and we'll ask Paddle to refund it in full. Your access then ends.

How to cancel

Use Manage or cancel subscription on your account page, or email [email protected]. Cancelling stops future payments; access continues to the end of the period already paid for.

To cancel under your statutory right after you've been charged, email [email protected] within 14 days of starting your trial. We'll ask Paddle to refund the charge, less a proportionate amount for the days you've used, and your access then ends.

How refunds are paid

Paddle.com Market Ltd is the merchant of record for every order, so Paddle handles refunds, to the original payment method. Your bank can take a further few working days to show the credit. Paddle's buyer terms also apply. You can also reach Paddle at paddle.net, which can find your order from your email address and the last four digits of your card, or reply to your Paddle receipt.

Your statutory rights are not affected

If you are a consumer, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 entitles you to a repair, a replacement or a refund where digital content or a digital service is not as described, not fit for purpose or not of satisfactory quality.
